Covid-19 Update

Location Dickie Moore, MooreJCB takes the current COVID-19 global pandemic situation in our community very seriously. We have set up a committee whose objective is to do everything in our power to keep everyone’s security level at its maximum. We want to be part of our governments efforts to reduce the risk of this virus spreading for you and our employees. We follow the directives of public health authorities and we are committed to reacting quickly if situations arise that put you or your employees at risk.
We have implemented additional hygiene measures to protect you and our employees, in particular:
• The increase in the frequency of cleaning of all tools and equipment on rental. Both when they leave and when they return to our branches or our workshops.
• The significant increase in the frequency of cleaning of our branches, especially counters, keyboard, mouse and payment terminals (POS).
• A regular reminder to all our employees of the hygiene measures to adopt in order to prevent the transmission of the virus.
• An Employee and Customer zone is now in place to reduce interactions and limit possible spread.
• Any employee with symptoms of Covid-19 (fever, cough, or difficulty breathing) cannot report to work.
• Any employee who has travelled abroad in the past two weeks must stay at home for 14 days.
• Our transport teams limit their interactions with your employees during the delivery and recovery of tools and equipment
I remind you that you always have the option of having the tools / equipment you rent delivered, reducing interaction with our employees and offering maximum security.
