All new JCB Skid Steer and Compact Track Loaders and Compact Excavators purchased on or before December 31, 2013.

What is covered?
JCB Extended Powertrain Warranty protects eligible machines against Powertrain defects attributable to faulty materials or workmanship for an extended hourly coverage period measured from zero clock hours to 3,000 clock hours, up to a maximum of three (3) years from new. JCB Extended Warranty protection is conditional on terms such that the JCB machine must be serviced by an authorized JCB dealer in accordance with the operator’s handbook at all times from new.

Can I purchase additional extended warranty beyond the 3 Year / 3000 Hour Powertrain coverage?
Yes, additional warranty coverage may still be purchased. Any additional extended warranty must be requested at the time of the initial machine purchase.

Is there any cash alternative available if the customer does not want additional Extended Warranty?
No. The offer may not be redeemed for cash and no cash alternatives are available.
